After recent announcements Apple has finally released a 128-GB edition of it’s iPad 4. The 128 GB iPad 4 variant packs the same specifications as 16, 32, 64 GB models, namely an A6X Processor, 9.7 inch Retina display, 264 ppi screen and much more!
The WiFi model is priced at $799 whereas the mobile data-enabled model is priced at a hefty $929. I personally agree with a number of analyst who say that 128GB edition is a bit too far-fetched in terms of pricing. According to reports, consumers are paying an extra Read the rest of this entry

Ever sat down and thought, How fast this world seems to develop? Just Yesterday, another milestone in the history of printing(or should I say 3D printing?) occurred when Nokia released a “3D Printing Development Kit” for it’s top-range Lumia 820 smartphone. This surprising kit comprises of recommended materials, measurements, mechanical drawings and few other documents that would let you build your very own customized back-cover.
Here are Nokia’s representative John Kneeland own words, “You want a waterproof, glow-in-the-dark phone, with a bottle-opener and a solar charger? Someone can build it for you – or you can print our own!”
Nokia which was a market-leader a decade or so ago was sub-dued with newer rivals such Apple, Google, Samsung and other smaller firms such as LG. However, this new 3D printing development shows how Read the rest of this entry
After loads of rumors and leaks, the much awaited iPhone 5 has finally been released. At Apple’s San Francisco Event yesterday, the tech-firm unveiled it’s new iPhone 5 which promises 2x Graphics and CPU power of an iPhone 4S, yet consuming very little power. This new device is powered by an Apple A6 chip and is said to be” the thinnest and lightest iPhone ever” weighting only 112 grams. This new iPhone 5 has a Aluminium and Glass finish which not only adds elegance but a touch of beauty to this powerful piece of creativity.
Although, the screen of an iPhone 5 has been up-sized to 4 inches, one will still feel extremely comfortable using iPhone 5 as it still retains it’s previous iPhone 4 width. This means, that you can now view more emails and see more of every webpage. This larger screen will now allow for an extra set of apps to be displayed. iMovie, Garage Band and The iWork suite have all been updated to take advantage of this elongated screen. However, one weird fact still remains unanswered, Steve Jobs once said that “no one” would want a big phone, but this new Apple device dosent seem to obey want the former mastermind of Apple said. Anyways, the 326 ppi screen of iPhone 5 sitting at a resolution of 1,136 x 640 climbs one step closer to 1080p but still falling short, however ensuring crispier graphics.
The iPhone 5 is powered by a 8 Megapixel iSight Camera, backside-illuminated sensor and f/2.4 aperture size. The camera of an iPhone 5 is similar to the iPhone 4S’ camera and offers 1080p video recording at a whopping 30 FPS. The secondary, front-facing camera is a 1.2 MP camera which supports 720p reocording along with online video calls via LTE and WiFi. Lastly, a new mode called Panorama has been introduced which allows a number of photos to be combined into one photo of a shocking 28 Mega Pixel.
Lighting Connector and Apple EarPods:
In this latest smartphone from Apple, a new dock connector has been introduced called the “Lighting Connector”. It is fairly smaller than the existing 30 pin connector. Dont worry, you can still use your existing accessories using the “Lightning to 30-pin Adapter”. Another new addition to the iPhone 5 are the new earphones called EarPods whoch promise much more comfort, fitting and better quality sound.
A6 CPU AND LTE
The new iPhone 5 is powered by Apple’s A6 Chip, although Apple has decided to stay mum on the exact tech specs, a noticeable change has been seen by the guys at EnGadget. As they say, “use it for half an hour and you’ll have a hard time going back to a slower chip. The transitions are smoother, switching between apps is a bit quicker and everything just generally feels incrementally faster.” Another great thing the iPhone 5 carries is Read the rest of this entry
