iPhone 5 Strikes: Release Date, Camera, Price and Much More!

The death of Steve Jobs had not only striken the world with grief but also delayed thew much awaited release of the iPhone 5 in 2011. However, the bubble has been popped and we have managed to get our hands on the release date of the iPhone 5. According to Apple’s partners in China, the iPhone 5 will be be unveiled in SEPTEMBER 2012 whereas shipment will begin by 21st of September 2012.

This great news was brought by an “Apple-oriented blog”  called iMore which stated that “sources who have proven accurate in the past” are the ones who have brought the news. The sources also stated that besides the iPhone 5 the mysterious “iPad Mini” a smaller 7 to 8 inch version of the New iPad will be unveiled at this event.

iPhone 5:  3.5in or 4in Screen

According to recent leaks Apple was reportedly hiding two iPhone prototypes. One was a 3.5in screen while the other was believed to have a 4in 16:9 full HD screen. However, the latest news and leaks promote the idea of iPhone having a 4inch 16:9 screen.

iPhone 5:  8 MP Camera

Sources suggest that iPhone 5 will possess an 8 Mega Pixel Camera. It’s also been reported that the new iPhone will have an HD front-facing camera too.

iPhone 5: Price

The price of iPhone 5

will entirely depend on Storage Capacity and more importantly, the hardware present in the device. If the new iPhone is 5 is seen just as an iPhone 4S upgrade, then the price, more or less, will remain the same as a 4S. However, iPhone 5 is expected to posses the next generation technology therefore resulting in a price of about $500 depending on 16GB or 32GB models.

iPhone 5: iOS 6

As Apple announced in it’s WWDC 2012 event, the iPhone 5 will be powered by iOS 6. It will also possess a free Google Maps application as well as PassBook.

iPhone 5 is expected to support 4G LTE just as New iPad did by default.

Whatever the expectations are lets wait and see what Apple has got in store for us to amuse with. However the release date is believed to be final and comfirmed.
